Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be unopened and in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packing and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers, or with crushed packaging will not be accepted. Oklahoma Orthopedic Supply will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error, due to incorrect product information listed on our website. If order was placed and the return items in question were due to customer's error, Oklahoma Orthopedic Supply will not refund the initial shipping charges. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply. Products ordered with custom artwork or co-branding are not eligible for our return policy and all sales with custom artwork or co-branding are final. An exception will be made if any unapproved artwork mistakes are made because of Oklahoma Orthopedic Supply’s negligence. All artwork must be signed off on by client representative prior to production.
Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations, products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned - they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per our policy.
Example: Hygiene products, toileting products, bathroom products, body braces, egg crate cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, etc.
Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number simply call us at toll free 1-800-401-2070, 9:00AM-5:00PM CST, Monday through Friday. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without an RA number will not be accepted.
Delivery
All orders placed by 12:00 PM CST are shipped within 2 business days (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.

Please note that it make take 5-7 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $35 penalty fee.
US Government and Educational Institutions
No payment is required at the time of purchaser for most United States Federal, State and Local Governments, as well as Educational Institutions. Simply set up your account online and Fax us your PO# (Purchase Order) to 1-405-562-1975. The purchase order number is necessary in order for us to process your request. Our standard payment terms are Net 30 Days.

Private Insurance & Medicare Reimbursements
Your purchase will include two copies of your order; one for your files and one for you to submit to your insurance company or Medicare. We will help with the appropriate insurance codes (HCPCS codes). In order to bring you the absolute lowest everyday prices, we do not file insurance claims on your behalf.
